Building a custom home can be an overwhelming experience. Our custom home builders ease our clients’ apprehensions to the process through a measurable and seamless 4-step process.
During this introductory stage, our custom home builders will meet with you in person to discuss your vision. This is the time to bring all of your photos, floor plans and ideas that you want to be incorporated into your new home.
Our design team will now begin laying your vision out on paper based on what is discussed during Phase 1. Communication is essential in this phase, as several changes can be made from the initial design concept.
Once the design is finalized, our local construction company gets to work. During this time, we’ll provide you with consistent and scheduled touchpoints so that you’re up-to-date on the status of your project.
Before you settle in, our team will conduct a final walk-through of your home and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We’ll also use this time to discuss our warranty process in case any issues arise.
